Assisted former Globemin Resources Ltd. to complete its reverse take-over to acquire Sutter Gold Mining Company in California for over US$8 million. It also assisted Sutter Gold in financings as well as negotiating to settle the contingent stock purchase warrant valued at over US$4.6 million.
